Is Victoria Worth Watching?
Victoria is a delightful drama series. Jenna Coleman is phenomenal as the youthful, stiff-necked queen, and there’s something fascinating about the blend of imperial elegance and peevish teenager.
Depicting Victoria as the clever, adamant lady we know her to be. Likewise potentially being insignificantly prettier than Victoria was in actuality. Coleman consummately catches the youthful rulers battles to be seen as a decision ruler, as opposed to a figure-head.
A wonderful cast and portrayal of Victorian England. The on-screen characters and performers are for the most part top quality, no mushy work here. Rufus Sewell is splendid in his part. Outfits are great. Settings are incredible. At times it appears like Britain has such an exceptionally constrained pool of on-screen characters and performers, remember them from other work rapidly.
The arrangement segues wonderfully between the richness of the palatial habitations and the filthy claustrophobic bounds of slums. The show is worth the watch. Can’t wait for Victoria season 3.
